Terms

First time orders will be shipped via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS) or C.O.D. cashier's check. For those customers requesting NET Terms, an approved credit applicaion (either ours or supplied by you) is required. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for credit approval processing. Overdue accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on outstanding balances and customers with checks returned "NSF" will be charged a $30 fee.

Orders/Shipping

Our minimum order for new customers is $200 and $100 for reorders. Orders are processed upon receipt and usually ship within 48 hours. Accounts within the U.S.A. will be shipped via UPS, and international accounts will be shipped FEDEX or USPS. In addition to freight and insurance, a $2.50 handling charge is added to all orders. For International Orders (FEDEX or USPS) a $5.00 handling charge is added. Typically, an order will not ship if more than 50% of the order is backordered. We will notify you via phone or email if this occurs.

Claims

Please check your order upon receipt for accuracy as well as the condition of the box as any damages incurred during shipping will be claimed from the carrier. Please retain all boxes and packing materials in the event any damage occurs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will then make arrangements for credit or exchange of the damaged goods. Please call our office to receive an R.A. # and make sure to mark the R.A. # on the outside of the box. Unauthorized returns are not allowed and are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoice amount.
